Bauma 2022 - Indoor cranes
Ormig displayed this new 35iE of Franz Bracht KG, a 35 tons pick & carry crane.
This 1ooiE is a new model, a 100 ton pick & carry crane.
This machine can lift up to 100 ton directly in front of the crane and still drive with it.
The width is 2,44 meter and length only 5,97 meter. Very wide front axle full-rubber tyres are needed to be able to support such a high load. There are no outriggers, everything rests on the wheels.
The rear has got 2 fully rotating pendular axles that make this machine very manoeuvrable. A winch is mounted behind the boom, for when you want to use a hookblock.
Rental company Gräber now also has indoor cranes in it's progrma. The first one is this 55/60iE.
And the 2nd one is this 40iE. A nice coincidence was the lift in the background, also from Gräber.
Lutter Spedition will use this 15iE without a cab. Just like the other models on the show, this crane is fully electric.
Galizia showed this GF420, a 42 tons pick & carry crane.
The dimensions are as compact as possible, also with a very low mounted cab.
This crane also has 2 rotating rear axles below the ballast. The chassis can be extended, so that during heavy lifting the ballast is further away from the load. But during manoeuvring with less load the crane be more compact.
This 18 ton GF180 is destined for Belgium to the company De Vos Mechaniek.
And this 7,5 tons GF75 is for Costella in Italy.
JMG displayed this new 65 tons model, the MC650.
This one goes to the company Curcio in Italy, I already once photographed their Effer 2055.
The JMG was displayed without the ballast, which gives a good view on the rear axles that provide very good manoeuvrability. All JMG cranes are driven electrically.
This 18 ton unit goes to France to the Groupe Lafont, again a model without a cab. JMG indicates models without a cab with an additional S, so this is the MC180S.
This is the JMG MC 250.09FL, an electric forklift truck with an extenable frame for the ballast. Maximum load on the forks is 25 tons or also 25 tons on a additional crane beam. With the chassis retracted, the maximum load with the crane beam goes down to 16 tons. It is sold to Transpico in Belgium.
A new brand in the pick & carry world is Delta Cranes from Italy, a brand of Idrogru.
At the stand of Idrogru this 80 tons DK80 was shown. The product pallet already reaches up to a 100 ton model.
On the BG Lift stand stood another model, this 12 ton DK12.
