MAN TGS 35.510 - Zink Fahrzeugbau - Nufam 2021
Zink Fahrzeugbau showed this black MAN TGS 35.510 at the Nufam.
The first thing to notice are these nice outriggers at the front. They are built by Mara GmbH specifically for the MAN TGS and got a capacity of 25 tons, a 40 tons version is also available. The chassis was also reinforced for these 25 tons, which give the crane a nice capacity to the front, but not the full 100% (that is what the 40 ton version is for).
Behind the cab stands an Effer 1405 in 8S version with 6S HD jib and a 2nd 2S jib that can be seen at the flatbed. This double jib is factory delivered by Effer.
The chassis is an MAN TGS 35.510 8x4H*6, meaning it's an 8x2 with HydroDrive on the 2nd axle and with 3 steering axles for maximum manoeuvrability.
The Effer 1405 in 8S version lifts 4180 kg at 19,65 meter or about 7.6 tons at 23,5 meters height. With the 6S HD jib it can lift 1165 kg at 31,96 meters. Maximum load at this jib is nearly 6 tons.
Here we see the 2nd jib that ads another 5,34 meters of outreach and can lift 140 kg at 37,3 meters. More important is the added tipping height that you can reach, roughly 35 meters. At that height it can lift 320 kg at about 13 meters of outreach or 175 kg at 16 meters. That makes it very usefull for installations at big heigts, installations like windows for example. One manual extension gives it 1,5 meters additional outreach.
The TGS is equiped with the large LX cab. The own weight is a surprising low 28 tons. This truck is built by Zink Nutzfahrzeuge and is also for sale by them.
A nice crane truck of which a duplicate was sold to Switzerland, although that version was equiped with the 40 tons front outriggers.
