Iveco Sivi Trakker 560 - Stalder - Horath - Landolt

This is the new Sivi-Iveco 560 Trakker of the company Stalder. This truck is also used in the daughter-companies Horath and Landolt.

It is a Trakker 560 in 8x6 version. A ZF WSK 440 torque converter and a 16-gear Ecosplit gearbox are mounted behind the 560 hp 13-liter Cursor engine in euro 5 version.

The vehicle is equiped with the Stralis Active Time cab.

A storage compartment is mounted between the axles.

The tower behind the cab is modified by CTC (Crane Truck Center - Hohenems - A). They took the tower off and mounted a new frame underneath it which has an opening to mount a ballast box onto it. Behind the tower they placed brackets on which the push-bar is carried.

A heavy coupling is mounted to the rear of the chassis. The right side of the tower is filled with a high toolbox, the battery compartment at the top was covered with a steel plate. The large dieseltank stands at the bottom of the tower.

The left of the tower has the cooling of the engine and the WSK. The first one is the radiator for the engine, the one behind that is the oil-air cooler for the gearbox/torque converter/retarder. The oiltank in the tower was added, it was mounted by CTC to provide the trailer hydraulics.

The left side of the chassis has a toolbox with a built-in stairs.

The wheelbase of the truck is caused by the base machine, a 6x6 Trakker. Astra, the company that builds the Sivi units, has mounted the torque converter and the 2nd front axle.

The vehicle was delivered by Ronner (Iveco dealer - Tuggen - CH) to Stalder. They did the final installations like the top-headlights and the warning lights.

The front coupling was built by CTC and has 3 different coupling heights.

A very nice heavy transport machine and the first of this model in Switzerland!!
