A somewhat older but still very good looking Mercedes SK 3553 of Baumann from Bonn.

Baumann own’s several of these. Here is a second unit with a 3-axled low loader. These tractors where built in Switserland, in the NAW (Nutzfahrzeuggesellschaft Arbon & Wetzikon AG) factory.

Behind the cab we see the tower wich houses everything that didn’t fitted between the tyres anymore. Here we find the mufflers, the air barrels and a dieseltank. Behind the tower they mounted a box to store tools, chains and other stuff. Also the spare tyre and a towing-rod are placed here.

On the other side a cooler for the ZF torqueconverter is mounted. Mounted to the back of the chassis is a coupling which is used when the truck is used as a ballasted towing truck.
