The Volvo tractor is equiped with an Effer 1150, a crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 92 ton/mtr.

Danish crane trucks are usually recognizable by their style. This means a lot of storage compartments, the colour scheme and also the large steel coverage above the rear axles. Above this outrigger they mounted the oiltank of the crane.

This Effer 1150 6S extends 6x hydraulically to a lenght of almost 17 meters and still lifts 4,6 tons at that range. Maximum liftable weight is 28 tons at 2,56 meter distance from the center of the crane. At a heigth of about 20 meter it can lift 12 ton. With the 4S jib the outreach is enlarged to 27,4 meter, lifting capacity than is decreased to 1,65 ton. The jib can handle a maximum load of 8 tons.

The Volvo is coupled to a 2-axled lowloader that is equiped with demountable wheelwells to be able to transport building equipment.

On the covering plate above the rear axles they store some lifting utilities like pulleys and chains. There are also some of them stored on top of the storage compartment that is mounted between the axles. The crane is equiped with a whinch.

The dieseltank has been mounted above the outrigger on this side, there was no space for it at the chassis anymore. The fifth wheel is mounted on a large sliding table and is in the most rear position here. Because the outriggers are mounted beside eachother, the one at this side has to be tilted during transport.
